
The FSTC takes the show on the road this January. Don Fisher,
David Zabrowski and Richard Young will be traveling to Austin, Texas to participate once again in Foodservice Equipment Reports’ FER) sixth Multiunit Foodservice Equipment Symposium (MUFES)
Conference January 28-30, 2012 at the Barton Springs Resort.
Says Young: “Every other year, Food Service Equipment Reports magazine hosts an invitation-only gathering of the nation’s top chain-restaurant architects and engineers along with their
manufacturer partners. MUFES is a chance for the industry experts to share detailed technical information with this high level audience. The
Food Service Technology Center has participated in every MUFES since the meeting started a decade ago and is honored to again join the 2012 event. The FSTC engineers will share presentations
on lighting, ice-machines and green building/LEED. If you are not going to this meeting but are interested in the information, don’t worry. Most of these presentation will also be shared with
PG&E customers at upcoming FSTC monthly seminars.”
